The following terms and conditions apply to hotel bookings made by you through your usage of www.vietnamdeluxetravel.com

MAKING A RESERVATION

You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Total value of your reservation will be charged on your credit card when we re-confirm your booking by email (popularly used) or fax with hotel voucher attached. Receipt of this amount will be sent after we have received bank's notice, normally 2-3 days later. Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by www.vietnamdeluxetravel.com

CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via email or fax. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation accordingly to the hotel cancellation policy. In that case, we shall return the booking amount to your credit card. Otherwise, if you violate the cancellation policy given by the hotel, the cancellation fee will be charged as hotel's policy. Cancellation policy varies accordingly to hotels and is set by the hotel. We have been trying to get the most favourable cancellation policy for you. Vietnam Deluxe Travel will not charge you if the hotel does not request it.
