The following terms and conditions apply to activity bookings made by you through your usage of www.vietnamdeluxetravel.com

CHILDREN DISCOUNT

Children from 2 to under 12 years is generally granted a reduction of 50% of the activity price, provided that they are accompanied by at least one full paying adult.

MAKING A RESERVATION

You must use a credit card to guarantee a reservation. Total value of your reservation will be charged on your credit card when we re-confirm your booking by email (popularly used) or fax with voucher attached. Receipt of this amount will be sent after we have received bank's notice, normally 2-3 days later. Amendments to your reservation must be notified to and agreed by www.vietnamdeluxetravel.com

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All cancellations must be received in writing, sent to us via fax or email. You do not have to pay any cancellation fee if you cancel your reservation within three (3) days prior to departure. Otherwise, the total amount less the bank transfer fee incurred for refund will be refunded.

UNUSED SERVICES

No refunds or exchanges can be made with respect to accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services, included in the activity price, but not utilized by the tour/activity members. Travel documents will be compiled and sent after the booking confirmation. These documents will be sent via email, and should be printed out by participants and retained as a receipt.

RESPONSIBILITY

All possible care is taken to ensure that our suppliers maintain the highest possible standards. However, we are not responsible in any way for problems, however they arise, that result from the booking of services we do not directly control. Vietnam Deluxe Travel, its subsidiaries, affiliated companies, servants or agents shall not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, loss, delay to person or property, additional expenses or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly due to any events beyond our control.
